Would you like to visit a spectacular landscape at more than 3,850 meters above sea level? Let’s explore one of Peru’s natural wonders with this excursion to the famous Llanganuco Lakes in Huaraz.
At 09:00 am we will pick you up from your respective accommodation and begin the journey to the Llanganuco Lake, considered a paradise of the Huascaran National Park. We will make a stop to enjoy the incredible views of the Hualcan, Huanday and Huascaran peaks, the latter rising to 6757 meters above sea level. Then we will arrive at Huascaran National Park where we can go to the famous lakes of Llanganuco: Chinancocha and Orconcocha. We will have free time to explore on our own these beautiful lakes of glacial origin of the Cordillera Blanca of Peru, horseback riding or sailing in a boat on the lagoon.
Then, we will go to Caraz, where we will have free time to have lunch and enjoy the typical food of the city. We will start our return trip to Huaraz and stop in the district of Tarica where we can visit and buy some traditional handicrafts. We will finish the tour and arrive to the city at 20:00 hrs approximately.

Recommendations
Bring light and warm clothing, comfortable and/or hiking shoes, raincoats and ponchos (in case of rain), sun hat, sun block, sunglasses, water, camera and/or camcorder, snacks.
