Machu Picchu: Presidential Advisor toured circuit “Crónica de Piedras”

The presidential adviser, Máximo San Román, arrived with his daughter at Machu Picchu village, in the province of Cusco, Urubamba, and toured the new tourist circuit called “Crónicas de Piedra.”
This space houses 37 stone sculptures finely carved by renowned artists who participated in contests promoted by the municipal district of Machu Picchu, on the occasion of its anniversary of political creation.
The figures exposed to the visitors are magnificent works of art, they reflect in each piece a representation of the Andean worldview.
Engineer Máximo San Román, arrived here to assess the proper management of solid waste at the treatment plant, located at Puente Ruinas, said Mayor Oscar David Gayoso.
